Delivery times
You get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith; we deliver at the latest within 30 days of accepting your order. If a delivery is delayed we will tell you as soon as we can and give you a revised date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customs and duties
Orders within the European Union are dispatched from Germany, so no customs charges arise. Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns and right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period — by email, through the contact page, or with the withdrawal form — and send the piece back within 14 days of your withdrawal. Return postage within Germany and the EU is reimbursed by us, and we refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping charge within 14 days.
Returned pieces should be unworn and in their original pouch. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you — you do not need to post it back first.
